Welcome to HX Management (“Service”), a subion-based ERP and business management software provided by HostXolo Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website or software, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable laws to use this Service.

3. Subion & Payment

1. HX Management operates on a pre-paid subion model.

2. All payments must be made in advance to activate or renew the Service.

3. No refunds are provided once a subion is purchased.

4. If a subion expires, access to certain features may be restricted.

5. Pricing may be updated at any time. New pricing applies at the next renewal cycle.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• All activities under your account.

• Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.

HostXolo is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

• All data entered by you remains your property.

• HostXolo may access your data only for technical operations, support, troubleshooting, or legal requirements.

• Data may be deleted if your account remains inactive for a long period.

• We take reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Service; however, we do not guarantee 24/7 uptime.
Service interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance

• Server issues

• Third-party failures

• Technical limitations

HostXolo is not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

7. Software Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice to improve performance, security, or user experience.
Pricing and plan features may change from time to time.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the software

• Share, resell, or distribute your license

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities

• Interfere with server operations or security mechanisms

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

10. Cancellation & Termination

11. Limitation of Liability

HostXolo shall not be liable for:

• Business losses

• Financial loss

• Data loss

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

13. Changes to Terms
